1956:
In 1956, just after the World Championship held in Porto, at the end of May, beggining of June, an International Tournament has been held in Lisbon: the International "Taça de Lisboa", with the national teams of Portugal, Italy, Germany and Switzerland. The results of the games were:

I saw these results already in that file of excel.
ReplyDeleteBut not only this, also "Toronto cup", "RTP cup", "World games" then much more, which now are forgotten.
As we could see the RH organizers of nowadays are so weak and uncompetent compared with the ancient times.
If we could make more these types of cup event, for the nations of World A and B join together. Then at least could make more improvement and make closer between the best and lower RH level nations and also could provide this sport to be more international.
For example, World B could bring their best team, then the actual World A top nations could make team mixed with players of U20 and 2nd divison senior players, could be hard to do that?.
Which is the similar thing happened in "Macau intercontinental tournament" at 2008, Spain national team just bring a "victorious" team from players of Galicia, Navarra and "second choices" of Catalunya, which normally their "A" team is built by all catalan players.
Is that so difficult to do?
Why until nowadays, just the spaniards are care in the RH, why are so shameless in those former World champion nations?
