A record of participants is expected for the World Junior Championship, to be held in Cartagena, from the 6th till the 12th October 2013.
The 18 registered countries are:
Angola, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Egypt, Spain, Portugal, USA, France, India, England, Israel, Italy, Macao, South Africa, Uruguay and Colombia.
