World 2011 won't be in Mozambique

The World Men Championship 2011 won't be dispiuted in Maputo, Mozambique. The decision of CIRH seems based on alleged organizational difficulties from local responsibles, and lack of adequate conditions for such an important event.

To replace Mozambique, Argentina and also Angola are good candidates.
