The Galician team of HC Borbolla won the Fase Ascenso Norte 2010, and got the right to participate in Spanish Primera Division in 2010/2011 season.

I watched their playoff games through downloads, and i believe these teams which promoted could be possible relegated again, their play skill are so much lower than any team from "primera" of Catalunya.
