Fundação Nortecoope Portuguese Women Champion

Fundação Nortecoope revalidated the Portuguese title, after beating Os Lobinhos by 5-1 in the 11th day of the Portuguese Women League Final. When still 3 days remain to the end of the competition, Fundação has more 9 points than 2nd placed Mealhada, ensuring hence the Portuguese title for 2008/2009.

This is the 4th and consecutive title for the team of Maia.
