European u20 in Valongo

Valongo, in the North of Portugal, will host the European u20 Championship, from the 6th till the 11th October.

8 teams will participate, divided in two groups:

HC Liceo and FC Barcelona in the Final of Spanish Super-Copa

The Spanish Super-Copa is being played, for the first time, with the four better classified teams in previous OK Liga.

The competition is being held in Reus. Results of the semi-finals are:

CE Vendrell 4  HC Liceo 4  (4-5 after extra-time)

Juventude de Viana wins Troféu Jorge Coutinho

The team of Juventude de Viana won 8-3 the final of Trofeu Jorge Coutinho against HC Valença, from the portuguese 2nd division. The game was played in Barcelos.

The French 1ere Division will start next saturday. This is the first national league to start in Europe this season.

Reus Deportiu wins Copa EsportsPenedes

The team of Reus Deportiu won the Copa EsportsPenedes, after beating CP Calafell by 3-1 in the final game.

In Valongo, AD Valongo won their tournament, beating 6-4 HC Turquel.

In Vale de Cambra, HA Cambra beat CD Povoa in the final of their tournament.
