The team of Fundação Nortecoope beat GD Os Lobinhos 6-5, after extra-time, in the Final of the Portuguese Women Cup.

Académica de Luanda new African Champion

The team of Academica de Luanda beat the other angolan team, Juventude Viana, 3-2 in the Final game anf got the African Club title.

This was the 3rd edition of this competition. In the first, 1991, the champion was Estrela Vermelha, from Mozambique. In 2008, Juventude de Viana got the title.

Now Academica de Luanda got the right to participate in next World Club Championship.
